the name says it all. this is where all the dirty deeds take place - and not just slavery. alcohol abuse, black market among others also take place

though truth be told, buying slaves is the most common practice. nobles come here to add to their already large collections, for when slaves are captured, they are immediately imported here

and the conditions are horrible
